Any recordings, scripts, or creative assets you share with us are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your service agreement. We do not distribute, license, or repurpose your content without explicit written consent.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools for project management, payment processing (e.g., Stripe), cloud storage, and podcast distribution platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.). These providers have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations and comply with legal requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@audiovaultproductions.com.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with AudioVault Productions LLC for podcast production and audio content services. By signing a service agreement or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AudioVault Productions LLC provides podcast production, editing, distribution, strategy, advertising management, and related audio content services as described in your service agreement. All work is conducted remotely.

2. Payment

Service rates are as follows: Full Podcast Production — $500.00 per episode; Podcast Strategy & Launch — $2,000.00 per launch; Monthly Podcast Management — $1,800.00/month; Podcast Advertising Management — $1,200.00/month. Payment is due as specified in your invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to recordings, brand assets, and feedback required for production. Delays caused by late client delivery may affect agreed timelines without penalty to AudioVault Productions LLC.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the final delivered audio content. AudioVault Productions LLC retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

AudioVault Productions LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and is payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greene County, Missouri.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

AudioVault Productions LLC provides professional services that involve significant time and creative labor. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of custom audio production and creative services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. We are committed to delivering high-quality results and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

2. Pre-Production Cancellation

If you cancel a project before any production work has begun (i.e., before recording guidance, editing, or strategy sessions have started), you may be eligible for a full refund of any advance payment, minus a 10% administrative fee.

3. Mid-Project Cancellation

If you cancel after production has commenced, you will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date at the applicable service rate. Any remaining balance from an advance payment will be refunded after deducting completed work.

4. Monthly Retainer Services

For Monthly Podcast Management ($1,800/month) and Podcast Advertising Management ($1,200/month), cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once it has begun.

5. Revisions & Disputes

We include up to two rounds of revisions per deliverable. If you are unsatisfied with the final output, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns before any refund is considered.

6. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@audiovaultproductions.com with your project details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
